Since Labtech innovations is a non-profitable association, we are unable to sponsor anyone's travel and accommodation. But our outstanding member who has contributed a lot to the association, for them the accommodation will be taken care of by us.
Of course, Labtech innovations will provide invitations to participants by issuing Official Letters of Invitation right after their registration formalities have been completed successfully. These letters may be used for applying for travel permits, official leaves, funding, etc. Contact the Program Manager for details
Yes, however, an additional Accompanying Person fee will have to be paid for them to be allowed into the event venue and participate.
